About the role You lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑availability .NET microservices that power core business capabilities. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable, maintainable services. You own the end‑to‑end quality and performance of the solutions you ship. What you’ll do - Design and implement new .NET microservices following SOLID, Domain‑Driven Design, and event‑driven patterns. - Expose clean, versioned RESTful APIs and internal contracts, ensuring backward compatibility and robust documentation. - Optimize data access with Entity Framework and SQL, applying indexing, query tuning, and caching strategies. - Deploy services to Kubernetes clusters, manage container lifecycles with Docker, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and releases. - Collaborate with DevOps to monitor, log, and troubleshoot production issues, driving root‑cause analysis and remediation. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team. - Participate in architecture reviews, capacity planning, and technology roadmap discussions. - Integrate with third‑party services via gRPC or GraphQL, ensuring secure and performant data exchanges. - Drive continuous improvement of development processes, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
