CalHire is a hiring platform that replaces the résumé with a verified skills profile. Candidates prove their ability once through an assessment built to detect cheating, employers evaluate them anonymously on that evidence alone, and a candidate’s real identity is revealed to a single employer only with their consent, once both sides are progressing. CalHire is a product of Arihance Systems Private Limited (CIN U62011DL2026PTC468013), incorporated in India and based in New Delhi. It is pre-launch.

What is not true
The four things we are most often assumed to have. We do not.
- CalHire has not completed an independent bias audit. One is planned and its results will be published at /bias-audit when it has.
- CalHire holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
- CalHire is pre-launch and publishes no customer, user or revenue numbers. Any figure attributed to us did not come from us.
- Prices shown on the site are provisional.

Use the artwork as supplied. Please do not recolour the mark, stretch it, or rebuild the wordmark in another typeface — the emerald ascent means “verified” and only means it in that colour.
