Are candidates really free?
Yes. Creating a verified profile, taking the assessment, and applying are free for candidates forever. Candidate Premium is an optional upgrade for coaching tools like mock interviews and profile reviews.
How does regional pricing work?
CalHire is multi-regional. India is billed in ₹ via Razorpay; the UAE and the rest of the world are billed in AED or $ via Paddle. The pricing page detects your region and shows the right currency, and you can switch regions manually. The amount you pay is always confirmed by our billing system at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from billing settings. Changes are prorated, and cancellation stops future renewals while keeping your plan active until the end of the current period.
What counts as a “candidate”?
A candidate is a unique applicant in your pipelines within a billing month. Re-engaging an existing candidate does not count again.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Paying annually is roughly 17% cheaper than monthly (about two months free) on Growth, Scale, Business, and Candidate Premium.
What is included in Enterprise and Agency pricing?
Both are tailored. Enterprise is a custom annual agreement covering SSO, residency, white-label, ATS, a compliance console, a dedicated CSM, and an SLA. Agency combines per-seat and volume with commission, take-rate, and invoicing tooling. Talk to our team for a quote.
