Proof, not pedigree
On CalHire, the résumé is replaced by a verified skills profile. A candidate proves their ability once through a cheat-resistant assessment — a skills test plus a text interview under an integrity layer — and earns a composite score that becomes their portable credential. That score is valid for 90 days, carries a freshness badge, and travels with them to every role.
No degree requirement. No years-of-experience gate. No keyword roulette. Just evidence of what someone can do.
Anonymous until you both decide
Every candidate is born anonymous. Employers evaluate verified scores and skills — never a name, photo, age, school, or past employer. No scoring or interview model ever receives personal information; anonymity is a hard architectural boundary, not a setting.
Identity is revealed only when an employer advances a candidate to an allowed stage and the candidate consents — for that one employer, logged immutably. People stay in control of their own information, and bias has far less to grab onto.
No one is ever ghosted
Silence is the cruelest part of job hunting, so we made it impossible. Every outcome automatically sends the candidate a growth-framed report card: what was strong, where to improve, and a concrete next step. A human reviews every decision — nothing is ever auto-rejected.
Fair by design, compliant by default
Because evaluation is blind and every decision is explainable and logged, the same controls that make hiring fair also make it defensible — for the EU AI Act, NYC Local Law 144, EEOC standards, and UAE Emiratization. Compliance isn't bolted on; it falls out of the model.
